The 9th Annual PEI Guitar Festival will take place May 4 at the Britannia Hall in Tyne Valley and May 5 at the Guild in Charlottetown. As in previous years, the guitar festival will feature some of PEI's finest guitar players, with styles including bluegrass, blues, rock, country, folk and more. Come on out and support our local performers and have a great time in the bargain!. Admission is only $10 per person per night. For both shows,tickets are available at the door. For Saturday's show at the Guild, tickets are also available at the Guild box office, Tues-Sat 12pm-5pm, by phone, 902-620-3333, or online at boxofficepei.com .The door opens at 7:00pm, performances begin at 7:30pm. In addition to the evenings' performances, free workshops will be held at the Guild in Charlottetown on Saturday afternoon. Bring your guitar and pick up a tip or two.
